Today more than ever, the Go For Broke National Education Center needs your support! Our programs preserve the WWII Japanese American WWII veteran’s story through the Hanashi Oral History Program and educate teachers through the American Story Teacher Training Program on how to integrate this legacy into classroom instruction. In turn, teachers teach our youth about the veteran legacy and American citizenship so they never take for granted their individual freedoms and rights.
With your membership we can ensure our programs continue to teach youth and interview veterans while they are still with us. As a member, you will join a group of people from across the country – and from many different backgrounds – who believe in our efforts to preserve the significant legacy of these brave men, who demonstrated and taught us the true meaning of citizenship.
