Position:
Machinima Development Assistant Intern
Purpose:
To assist in the creation of a machinima based on the real-life story of a Japanese American World War II veteran.
Major Duties:
- Research World War II video games
- Research new machinima tools and techniques
- Help write and edit movie script
- Help direct and produce movie
Time Commitment:
15-25 hours per week
1-2
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills
- Good familiarity with Internet/Web technologies
- Good familiarity with video games
- Interest in movies and movie-making process
- Strong organizational abilities
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently on tasks
- Desire to learn about Japanese American history
