Go For Broke National Education Center – Torrance, California
Position:
Web Marketing Associate
Reports to:
Technology Specialist
Major Duties:
- Investigate online opportunities to promote GoForBroke.org website
- Upload various Go For Broke promotion videos to video sharing sites (e.g., YouTube)
- Create presence for Go For Broke on social networking sites (e.g., MySpace)
- Investigate other marketing and promotional opportunities on nonprofit-specific sites (e.g., Guidestar)
- Research podcast sites to promote Go For Broke podcasts
- Create presence for Go For Broke in online virtual worlds (e.g., Second Life)
Time Commitment:
Part-time (20 hours a week)

Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable about latest online trends
- Very strong attention to details
- Strong computer skills
- Good writing skills
- Desire to learn about Japanese American history
Compensation:
