LESSON PLAN
Volunteering From Camp
This lesson is about SELF-SACRIFICE.
Specifically, this lesson is about a group of American citizens who were imprisoned by the United States government but then later asked to volunteer to serve in the U.S. Army. The decision about whether or not to volunteer forced many young men to consider the pros and cons of volunteering and the self-sacrifices they would have to make.
